1 Acceptance of Terms

Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or pending KYC review.

4.4 Refund Policy

8 Intellectual Property

• Determination that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at bepk Casino's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (e.g., player-initiated closure), any verified real money balance will be returned to the account holder via a verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.
